• Switch off the power at the breaker before cleaning or any maintenance.
• Let the light cool down for a few minutes before touching it.
• Dust the diffuser and frame with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
• Wipe the crystal / textured trim gently to keep its sparkle; avoid pressing hard on the faceted edge.
• For marks, use a cloth lightly dampened with plain water, then dry fully before switching back on.
• Do not use solvents, abrasive powders or spray cleaners on the fitting.
• The LEDs and driver are built in – do not open the housing. Any repair or rewiring should be done by a qualified electrician.
• Change the colour temperature switch only while the power is off.

Change of mind: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original, resaleable condition with all packaging, manuals and accessories.

Not returnable: Lighting and electrical products that have been wired, mounted, drilled, modified or used, and custom or special-order items.

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Please do not install the item.

Defective products: Repair, replacement or refund according to the product warranty and UAE consumer law.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, the condition of the returned item and payment of any price difference.

Refunds: Paid to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; we cover it for defective, damaged or wrong items.
