Items Damaged During Transit

  • If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify AAAR within 2 days of delivery with the order number, contact details, clear photos/videos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label.
  • Do not attempt to install, repair, or discard the damaged item prior to contacting customer service.

Incorrect Product Received

  • If a wrong item is delivered, contact AAAR within 2 days of delivery, before attempting any installation or modification.
  • Upon verification, AAAR will organize an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
